Package 2 – Comprehensive Programme



The programme assists women, from peri- to post-menopause, manage their menopause symptoms and improve their overall quality of life through lifestyle changes. It will teach them how to control the controllables (hormones, stress; exercise; nutrition) and offers practical and sustainable solutions to their problems and priorities. The programme will be bespoke to each individual and will cover all aspects of women’s health:

  • Hormones – Understand what’s really happening to your body in this phase of your life and the part hormones play
  • Stress Management – Stress is the enemy of the body at the best of times but creates further issues for menopausal women. Discover how stress, adrenalin and cortisol all play their part during the menopause and how to build resilience and explore new techniques to help
  • Fitness and movement – Key to a healthier mind and body. Explore new and effective fitness techniques for bone mass, vascular health, mental health, endurance and weight gain
  • Pelvic health – Our pelvic area can be severely impacted by hormonal change. You will learn how effective exercise, nutrition, hydration, bowel health, gut health and breathing all play their part in supporting pelvic health
  • Nutrition – Find out what you should be eating now to restore your bones, joints and muscles, your body’s balance and your mental health. It really doesn’t have to be complicated
  • Muscle, joint and bone health – Did you know your bone mass starts to deteriorate in your 30s and makes us more susceptible to issues as we age: osteoporosis, hip fractures, frozen shoulders etc. Learn more about how effective exercise, nutrition and gut health keep your bones healthy
  • Brain health – Live a better lifestyle to preserve brain health through nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, health and wellbeing
  • Heart health – Did you know the leading killer of women is heart disease! While genetics load the gun, your lifestyle pulls the trigger. Discover how nutrition, effective movement, stress management and good sleep hygiene can all optimise heart health
  • Breast health – Breasts are very sensitive hormonal tissues that are sensitive to circulating levels of oestrogen and progesterone. Learn how to eat well, keep hydrated, create good breathing habits, learn massage techniques and how healthy liver and bowel movements support happy breast health.

  • Sign up to a code of ethics for the private Facebook group
  • The first session will look at all aspects of your life and highlight any problems and priorities. We will then create a bespoke plan for you to work towards to help solve these problems and priorities
  • Weekly sessions will vary dependent on priorities
